April 30, 2010:The nineteenth convocation of Jinnah College for women for the session 2008-2009 was held at University of Peshawar convocation hall in which more than two hundred graduate students were awarded degrees in the field of Arts and Humanities, Life Sciences, Applied, Numerical and Social Sciences. Vice Chancellor University of Peshawar Prof. Dr. Azmat Hayat Khan gave away degree to the students after successful completion of their respective courses.

Ms. Sumaya Amin was awarded gold medal for standing first in B. Sc in the session 2008 both in college as the University, while Ms. Samina Mushtaq was awarded gold medal for standing first in the Bachelors of Arts examination. Ms. Rakhshanda yousaf stood first in the session 2009 in the Bachelor of Sciences. In social sciences Ms. Abira saeed was awarded gold medal for her distinction in BS economics in the session 2009. Sara Shabiir Khan was awarded two gold medals for standing first in BA 2009 both in college and in the university while Bushra Khalid was given gold medal for standing first in pre medical group for the session 2009.

this is the traditional balochi dress.First of all balochi people are to be found in Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan. It is an ethnic group which shares the same language as well as culture across the country borders. The languages spoken by the baloch are balochi; it resembles farsi very much and some even call it a dialect of farsi. Furthermore baloch in Pakistan also speak besides balochi, brahui which is completely different from the other languages in the country. So basically the same group speaks different languages. But most people understand each other. you should be carefull with making generalizations. Baloch people do not hate Pakistan but the governments of the country. The baloch I know in the pakistani balochistan are proud to say that they are pakistani as well as balochi. Not every baloch is like the baloch liberation army..
