He then pointed to a design and said, “I think this will look great on your ankle.”
This particular tattoo design comprised a fairy kneeling down on a flower slightly looking up, her long hair covering her chest, a crescent moon and a few stars above her. I almost jumped in excitement as I looked at the beautiful artwork since I it represented me in more ways than one. I’m a barefoot free spirit, just like a fairy, who loves wandering in a peaceful dark night gazing at the moon and the stars which I believe have special powers.
I immediately scheduled an appointment with the artist to have my left ankle tattooed a couple of days later. It did hurt a little but not quite as bad as I had anticipated.
